Delhi Assembly Election 2025 is underway, with voting taking place across 70 constituencies. Prominent voters including President Droupadi Murmu, Union Ministers Hardeep Singh Puri and S Jaishankar, Delhi Chief Minister Atishi, AAP leader Manish Sisodia, BJP’s Bansuri Swaraj, and Congress’ Alka Lamba, cast their votes early.
This election will determine the next government for the Union Territory for the next five years. Voting began at 7 am across 13,033 polling stations.
A three-way contest between the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP), Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), and Congress will culminate on February 8th with the announcement of results.
